INGREDIENTS:

- Ricotta cheese-15oz
- Fat free milk powder-3/4th cup
- 2% milk-1/4Th cup
- Sugar-1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder-1/4th teaspoon
- Grated almonds-1 tablespoon
- Broken casheww-1/2 teaspoon
- unsalted Butter(ghee)-2 teaspoons
METHOD:

- Place all ingredients in the grinder except cardamom powder ,ghee and the nuts,then grind to a fine paste .
- Now take a deep microwave safe bowl greased with butter,and pour the grounded mixture.
- Micro wave for 20 minutes stirring for every 2 to 4 minutes.
- Stirring helps to avoid the flow of mixture outside.
- Cook until the mixture thickens and become solid
- Now make it evenly with spatula and cut into desired shape and garnish with nuts.
