- Chopped carrots:1/2cup
- Chopped capsicum-1/2 cup
- Chopped french beans-1/2 cup

- corn flour-1 1/2teaspoon

METHOD:
half boil the vegetables(carrots,beans,capsicum,cauliflower,peas),fry the panneer cubes and keep a side.Add some water to corn flour and make a thick paste.
Take a pan add oil,when it heats add garlic and onion,saute well,now add the boiled vegetables,add salt,fried panneer cubes fry well,
now add all the sauces and saute well.then add tomato pieces stir well,cook for few minutes,add corn flour paste,when gravy starts thickening add spring onions and garnish with cilantro.
Serve hot fried rice ,which tastes delicious
