  1. Tomato sauce-2 table spoons
  2. Corn flour-2 table spoons
  3. Chopped garlic-2 spoons
  4. Spring onions-1/2 cup
  5. salt and red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
  6. Sugar-pinch
  7. Oil-1/2 table spoon
  8. water-1 1/2 cup


Heat oil in a pan then add garlic and fry to light brown.

Take 1/2 table spoon of cornflour and add 1 1/2 cup of water mix well and add this mixture to the pan and boil well.

When they starts boiling add tomato sauce , salt and chili powder,now the gravy starts thickening,if it's more thick then u can make it diluted by adding extra water,finally add sugar and spring onions.
