- Tomato sauce-2 table spoons
- Corn flour-2 table spoons
- Chopped garlic-2 spoons
- Spring onions-1/2 cup
- salt and red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar-pinch
- Oil-1/2 table spoon
- water-1 1/2 cup
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan then add garlic and fry to light brown.
Take 1/2 table spoon of cornflour and add 1 1/2 cup of water mix well and add this mixture to the pan and boil well.
When they starts boiling add tomato sauce , salt and chili powder,now the gravy starts thickening,if it's more thick then u can make it diluted by adding extra water,finally add sugar and spring onions.
