Cooking 4 all Seasons: Monthly Mingle 31 ~ Kids Lunches

Soya is the only thing which has got major source of proteins ,so it should be eaten daily,soya are available in the form of flour,milk,milmaker etc.vegetarians should add soya in their diet regularly along with leafy vegetables and other vegetables.Today i want to share mealmaker rice which is one of my best triedout recipe for kids.Which is easy and fast making recipe.
meal maker-20
cooked basmathi rice-5 cups
chopped tomato-1 full
chopped cilantro-1 table spoon
chopped onion-1 table spoon
carom seeds/ajwain-1/2 teaspoon
cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
turmeric-1/8 teaspoon
curry leaves-few
oil-8 spoons
salt to taste
Add meal makers to boiled water,when they puffs up nicely ,strain them and keep a side. remove excess water by pressing them .
take a pan add oil,add cumin and carom seeds,and few curry leaves.now add onion,saute well until it turns to light brown,now add chopped tomato,pepper powder,salt ,meal makers,turmeric.
cook until meal makers absorb the juices,now add cooked rice.saute well,finally add lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.
