Dont waste the sour curd ,with that u can make many varieties,Today i am sharing a recipe with sour curd "coconut raitha".Which as follows.
Sour curd-1 cup
green chilies-2 to 3
mustard powder-1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin methi powder-1/4th teaspoon
turmeric-1/4 th teaspoon
roasted chendal/putnala pappu-1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic-1/2 teaspoon
Grated raw coconut/dry coconut powder-1 1/2 tablespoon
Salt-to taste
Chopped Cilantro-1 spoon
For tadka
Cumin seeds-1/4 th teaspoon
Mustard seeds-1/2 spoon
Curry leaves-few

Chop green chilies and fry in 2 drops of oil.
Combine all ingredients in a jar,and grind to a fine paste,add water mix well,then add tempering.
Garnish with cilantro.
Tastes delicious with white rice.
Add ingredients according to ur taste.
