INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled potato mashed-1 cup
- Finely chopped green bell pepper-1/2 cup
- Grated carrot-1cup
- Finely chopped cilantro-2 tbs
- Salt-to taste
- Green chili paste-1 ts
- Chat masala-1 ts
- Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- maida-3 tbs
- Corn starch -3 ts
- Rice flour-3 tbs
- Bread crumbs-4 tbs
- Oil -for deep frying
- Garam masala-1/2ts

METHOD
- IN a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except oil and rice flour
- Mix to a fine dough and make into small balls
- Now take each ball and roll like a bullet and dust the rice flour
- Roll in your hands to remove excess rice flour
- Deep fry in hot oil to nice golden brown colour
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney
