- Baby spinach-4 cups
- chanadal-1cup
- Ginger crushed-2 ts
- chopped garlic-4
- Green chili paste-2 ts
- tamarind flakes
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-1 tbs
- Cumin mustard-1 ts
- Hing-2 pinches
- Turmeric-2 pinches
PALAK CHANADAL |
- Pressure cook dal,spinach,garlic,ginger paste,green chili paste,water,tamarind flakes and cook till done
- Make seasoning with cumin mustard hing and turmeric in the hot oil
- Mix to the dal and serve hot with steamed rice
