SABUDANA VADA(TAPIOCA VADA) TELANGANA SPECIAL

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Sabudana or tapioca pearls-1 cup
  2. Curd 3/4th cup
  3. Rice flour-just to bind the vada
  4. Green chili paste-1 ts
  5. Chopped onion-1/2 cup
  6. Chopped cilantro/coriander leaves-3 tbs
  7. Cumin-1 ts
  8. Salt-to taste
  9. Oil-for deep frying
     

PREPARATIONS:
  • Soak tapioca in curd for 2 to 3 hours until they turn soft and set a side
METHOD:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. take little dough press like a disc/vada shape and then deep fry
  3. serve hot with ketchup
