INGREDIENTS
- Tender spinach-1 pack
- Wheat flour-2 cup(use measuring cup)
- Ajwain/caraway seeds/vamu-1/2 ts
- Sesame seeds/nuvvulu/til-4 tbs
- Cumin-1/8th ts
- Red chili powder- 1/2 ts or 1 ts
- Salt-to taste
- Ginger garlic paste-2 ts
- Onion paste -2 ts
- Dhaniya powder-1/2ts
- Oil

- In a pan add water and boil when water starts boiling add spinach leaves and cook for 2 minutes
- Now strain water and set a side
- In a mixing bowl add blanched spinach and remaining ingredients mix to fine dough
- Add water if required while making the dough
- Now cover the dough and set a side for half an hour
- Now separate dough into balls
- Roll each ball like paratha
- fry on tawa with oil or ghee
