INGREDIENTS:
ANDHRA RUCHULU-DRUMSTICK MASALA |
- Boiled drumsticks(frozen)-1/2 pack
- Onions chopped length wise-1/2 cup
- Slitted green chilis-2
- Poppy seeds-3 tbds
- Dry coconut-3tbs
- Whole garam masala-1ts
- Red chili powder-1/4thts
- Turmeric-1/8th spoon
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2ts
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-3 tbs
- Roast poppy seeds and coconut powder then blend to fine paste
- Fry boiled drumsticks with 1 tablespoon of oil and set a side
- Heat oil in a wok and add garam masala,green chilis onion
- saute till onion turns to golden colour
- Add ginger garlic paste fry well
- now add poppy seed coconut paste and some water close lid and cook for 10 minutes on low medium flame
- Now add powders and salt cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle coriander leaves
- Serve hot with steamed rice
