- Spinach puree-2 cups
- Garlic pods-3
- Green chili paste-1 table spoon
- Carom seeds/ajwain-1/4 th teaspoon
- Fennel seed/saunf/sombu-1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin-1/4Th teaspoon
- Turmeric-1/4Th teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Wheat flour-5 cups
- Oil-1 teaspoon
METHOD:

- Grind garlic,carom,fennel,cumin to fine powder
- To this add spinach puree,green chili paste,turmeric,salt
- Now add to wheat flour and make stiff dough,adjust water and flour
- Now keep it a side for 20 minutes
- Now divide into portions
- Roll like chapathi
- Fry both sides on tawa with tea spoon of oil
- Repeat the same process for remaining portions
- Serve hot with curd dip, or pickle
