- Cooked basmathi rice-2 cups

- Cool rice and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic,fry till golden brown
- Add onions and mushrooms and cook until done
- Now add chili oil,soy sauce and vinegar cook for few minutes,add salt and rice
- Fry for 5 minutes and serve hot
- For chili oil I Grounded red dry chili's and pepper coarsely in the blender and transfer ed to a steel container.to this I added hot smoky oil with tea spoon little by little
