INGREDIENTS:

- Bottle guard pieces(skin pealed)-3 cups
- Turmeric-1/4Th spoon
- Roasted sesame seed powder-1 table spoon
- Roasted dhaniya powder-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chili paste-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard-1/2 teaspoon
METHOD:

- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning,add bottle guard pieces
- fry for few minutes and close the lid,moisture in the bottle guard helps to cook the pieces
- Cook until it gets soft,now add the powders and green chili paste
- fry for 5 minutes and serve hot with rice
TIP: While making vegetable juice,instead of adding water add the water content veggies like bottle guard,snake guard or cucumber.it gives good taste
