INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH

- Maida/all purpose flour-1 cup
- Wheat flour-2 cups
- Oil/butter-1 table spoon
- Salt-pinch
Add all ingredients together and make stiff dough,keep it a side for 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS FOR CHANADAL POWDER:>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
- Roasted chanadal powder/ putnalu-1 cup
- Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin-1/4Th teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Dry grated coconut powder-2 teaspoons
- Garlic pods-2
- Oil-2 teaspoons
- Cumin-1/4th teaspoon
- Mustard-1/4th teaspoon
- Curry leaves-10
METHOD TO MAKE PARATHA:

- Divide the dough into small balls
- Take each ball and roll like a circle
- Sprinkle the powder
- Apply oil and make frills
- Now Roll it like Swiss roll / or like a coil
- Now dip in the flour and again roll like small chapati
- Heat tawa and place the roti ,once the bubbles form then flip it
- Don't press too much
- Apply oil both sides and serve hot
Yummy paratha, roasted channadal powder seems quite a prefect one for hot idlies..
