- Boiled eggs-6
- Thick tamarind paste-2 teaspoons
- Chopped onion-1 cup
- Slitted green chilis-1 spoon
- oil-2 table spoons
- Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard-1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-10
- Methi fenugreek seeds-10 no
- Cilantro-2 table spoons
- Jaggery-1/8Th teaspoon
- sesame seed powder-1 spoon
TO BE GROUNDED AS MASALA:
- Whole cloves-5
- cinnamon stick-2 inches
- Poppy seeds/gasa gasalu- 1 teaspoon
- Dry grated coconut powder-1 table spoon
- Tomatoes-3 medium
- Garlic pods-3
- Dhaniya powder-2 teaspoons
- Red chili powder-2 teaspoons
- Turmeric-1/4Th teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
METHOD:

- Take off the shells of the eggs,make scars with knife
- Heat oil in a pan,make seasoning and add green chili's and onions
- Fry till onion turns light golden brown
- Now add the grounded paste, tamarind and other powders
- cook for 10 minutes
- Now add the eggs,cook for 8 more minutes on low flame.Garnish with cilantro and enjoy
