- Grated bottle guard-1 cup
- Whole green moong-1 cup
- Raw rice-1/4Th rice
- Cerrano green chili's- 4 to 5
- Ginger- 2 inches
- Cumin-1 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
METHOD:

- Soak whole moong and rice in water for 5 hours
- Grind along with ginger,green chili's and cumin
- Heat tawa and Grease it with a teaspoon of oil
- Spread a ladle full of batter on a tawa in a circular motion
- Roast on both sides with oil
- And serve hot with chutney
