BEANS N CARROT COCONUT FRY

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Medium size carrots -2
  2. Beans -10
  3. Grated coconut-2 tablespoons
  4. oil-3 spoons
  5. Un salted butter-1/2 spoon
  6. Split uraddal-3 spoons
  7. curry leaves-10
  8. Ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
  9. salt-to taste
  10. red chili powder-1 teaspoon
  11. Subji masala-1 spoon
  12. Turmeric-1/4Th teaspoon

METHOD:

  1. Chop beans and carrot to tiny pieces.
  2. heat oil and butter in a pan and make seasoning.
  3. add the veggies saute well,close the lid cook until tender
  4. once done add ginger garlic paste,chili powder,turmeric,salt,masala,coconut and mix well.
  5. cook till the raw smell of coconut is gone
  6. serve along with pulka
