  1. Springroll sheet pack-1
  2. Mixed veggies(carrot , peas,capsicum)-1cup
  3. Shredded cabbage-1 cup
  4. Green chili sauce-2 teaspoons
  5. Ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
  6. Amchoor/dry mango powder-1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt-to taste
  8. Soysauce-1 teaspoon
  9. Tasting salt/china salt- 2 pinches
  10. Finely chopped cilantro-1 table spoon
  11. Oil-for frying

  • Boil water in deep bottomed vessel,add the veggies then close the lid.Cook on low-medium flame for few minutes.
  • Strain the veggies ,squeeze excess water with a damp cloth,make sure their is little moisture content in the veggies.
  • Now add the remaining ingredients to the veggies and mix well.
  • Now take each spring roll sheet ,stuff 2 teaspoons of filling,Roll out,seal out the edges with egg wash or water.
  • Deep fry in oil until light golden brown.
  • Enjoy with sour cream.
  • Roll out acording to picture instructions shown in the sheet.
