CHILI FRY

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Green chilis indian variety-20 no
  2. Roasted chana dal/putnala pappu-2 teasoons
  3. Red chili powder-1/8Th teaspoon
  4. Garlic pod medium-1
  5. Salt-to taste




METHOD:

  1. Slit the green chili's in the middle
  2. Heat 1/4th teaspoon of oil in a pan and add green chili's, saute well for few seconds.
  3. now add little water close lid,then cook the chilis well.
  4. Now grind roasted chanadal,red chili powder,salt and garlic pod together.
  5. When chili's are done add this powder then cook for few minutes until the powder is coated well.
  6. Serve with rice and dal.
