INGREDIENTS
1. Finely chopped cabbage-2 cups
2. Chopped onion-1/2
3.Fresh grated coconut-1/2 cup
4.errano peppers-3
5.Turmeric-1/8Th teaspoon
6.Salt-to taste
7. talimpu:
- cumin seeds-1/4 Th teaspoon
- mustard seeds- 1/4 Th teaspoon
- curry leaves-6
METHOD
1.Take a cooker,add oil and make seasoning,now add slitted peppers and fry well,now add onions,cabbage,cook for 4 minutes,then add grated coconut,turmeric,add some water.
2.Close the lid of the cooker,cook for 2 whistles.
3.Don't add too much water.
