VEGETABLE BULLETS

INGRIDIENTS:

  1. Finely chopped carrots-3 table spoons
  2. finely chopped beans-3 table spoons
  3. Finely chopped cabbage-3 table spoons
  4. Chopped cilantro-1 table spoons
  5. Pepper powder-1/4 teaspoon
  6. salt-to taste
  7. soya sauce-2 teaspoons
  8. chili sauce-2 teaspoons
  9. Corn flour-2 table spoons
  10. Bread crumbs/bread powder-1 cup
  11. tasting/china salt-2 pinch
  12. Ginger garlic paste-1/4 Th teaspoon
  13. Oil-for frying

METHOD

take a pan add 2 teaspoons of oil,add ginger garlic paste,stir well now add boiled vegetables,cook until done,add soya sauce,chili sauce, pepper powder,tasting salt,salt,cook for 4 minutes,now garnish with cilantro.Allow it to cool.

Now mix corn flour with water ,just to make it liquid.

now take a spoon of curry which we prepared, and shape it like bullet,now dip this bullet in corn flour liquid and coat it finally in bread crumbs.F

Deep fry in oil on medium flame until it turns to nice golden colour,and serve hot with tomato ketchup
