INSTANT RAVVA DOSA

INGRDIENTS:

  1. Rice flour-3 cups
  2. All purpose flour-1 cup
  3. Sooji/Bombay ravva-1 cup
  4. Butter milk-1 cup
  5. salt-to taste
  6. Finely chopped onion-3 table spoons
  7. Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
  8. Green chili paste-1 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Water-required to make batter.
  10. Oil

METHOD:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl,let the batter rest for an hour.
  • Now take a pan ,apply oil,pour the dosa from end to the middle,let it cook,now flip it and add some oil,repeat the same process for all.
  • serve hot with coconut or peanut chutney
