  1. Broccoli florets-2 cups
  2. chopped onion-1
  3. cooked jasmine rice-4 cups
  4. minced garli-1/2 table spoon
  5. Soy sauce-5 teaspoons
  6. chili oil-4 tea spoons
  7. salt- to taste
  8. spring onions-2 table spoons
  9. oil-2 table spoons
  10. pepper powder-1/8Th teaspoon


cook jasmine rice and allow it to cool.

take a pan ,roast broccoli and onion by adding 2 teaspoons of oil,keep a side.

Now take a pan add oil,when oil heats up,add minced garlic and fry well,now add roasted vegetables i.e; broccoli and onion,then add some spring onions and saute well,now add soy sauce,chili oil,salt,pepper powder,fry well.Now add rice cook for few minutes,then garnish with spring onions,serve hot.
