INGREDIENTS:
- Broccoli-1 cup florets
- Diced Paneer-1 cup
- Bell pepper chopped into strips-1/2 cup
- All purpose flour-3 tbs
- Corn starch-3 tbs
- ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Chopped curry leaf-1 tea spoon
- Chopped cilantro-2 tbs
- Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
- Garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Besan/chik pea flour-2 tbs
- Oil-for deep frying
PREPARATIONS:
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients with some water and make like a medium paste
- Now add the tofu and florets and mix properly so that the batter coats it
- Heat oil on low medium flame
METHOD:
- Add the florets and tofu to the oil individually with a spoon
- Fry till it turns tgo golden brown
- serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup
