PANEER,BROCCOLI AND BELL PEPPER-65

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Broccoli-1 cup florets
  2. Diced Paneer-1 cup
  3. Bell pepper chopped into strips-1/2 cup
  4. All purpose flour-3 tbs
  5. Corn starch-3 tbs
  6. ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
  7. Chopped curry leaf-1 tea spoon
  8. Chopped cilantro-2 tbs
  9. Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
  10. Garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
  11. Salt-to taste
  12. Besan/chik pea flour-2 tbs
  13. Oil-for deep frying
PREPARATIONS:
  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients with some water and make like a medium paste
  2. Now add the tofu and florets and mix properly so that the batter coats it
  3. Heat oil on low medium flame


METHOD:
  1. Add the florets and tofu to the oil individually with a spoon
  2. Fry till it turns tgo golden brown
  3. serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup
