INGREDIENTS:
- Basmathi rice -2 cups
- Chopped cilantro-2 tbs
- Mint chopped-2 teaspoons
- Lemon juice-2 ts
- Turmeric-1/4th ts
- Hing-1/4ts
- Curry leaves-6
- Oil-2 tbs
- Cumin-1ts
- Mustard -1/2 ts
- Uraddal-1 ts
- chana dal-1ts
- Green chilis chopped-2 tbs
- Salt-to taste
- Cook basmathi rice cool and set a side
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan and add seeds and dals.Let it turn light brown
- Now add curry leaves,hing and leaves
- Fry for a minute and add turmeric and green chilis finally lemon juice and turnoff the stove
- In a bowl mix the rice with salt to the rice
- Mix and serve
