INGREDIENTS:
- Tomatoes-2
- Rice- 3 cups
- Onion chopped length wise-4tbs
- Green chilis slitted-4
- Paneer cubed-1/2 cup
- Cloves/lavang-4
- Cinnamon/dalchini-1 inch
- Dry chilis-4
- Ginger chopped-1 tbs
- Mint powder-1/2 ts
- Salt-to taste
- Lemon juice-2 ts
- Oil-3 tbs
- cook rice cool and separate into grains
- Heat1 tbs of oil add ginger dry chilis spices tomatoes and cook til soft then blend into fine paste
- Heat remaining oil and add onion chilis and paneer cook till paneer turns light brown now add salt and tomato paste and Cook for 5 minutes
- Finally add rice lemon juice and mix
- Sprinkle mint powder mix and serve hot with raitha
