INGREDIENTS:
- Sabudana or tapioca pearls-1 cup
- Curd 3/4th cup
- Rice flour-just to bind the vada
- Green chili paste-1 ts
- Chopped onion-1/2 cup
- Chopped cilantro/coriander leaves-3 tbs
- Cumin-1 ts
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for deep frying
PREPARATIONS:
- Soak tapioca in curd for 2 to 3 hours until they turn soft and set a side
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- take little dough press like a disc/vada shape and then deep fry
- serve hot with ketchup
