IDLI SPROUTS CHAT-EVENING SNACK
INGREDIENTS:
- Idlis-6
- Mint-2 tbs
- Coriander leaves-4 tbs
- Pomegranate seeds-2 tbs
- Sev -2 tbs
- Oil-2 tbs
- Cumin mustard-1 ts
- Hing-pinch
- Red chili powder-1/8th ts
- Dry chilis chopped-2
- Lemonjuice-1/2 ts
- curry leaves-4
- Moong sprouts-4 tbs

METHOD:
- Heat tawa and grease oil and roasted the idlis both sides till brown colour
- Chop into fine pieces and set a side
- heat remaining oil and add seeds hing,curry leaves dry chilis with off the flame
- To this add idli pieces,powders,salt,and tranfer to serving bowl
- sprinkle lemon juice,sev,moong sprouts and pomegranate seeds and serve immediately
that looks soo yummy! I just came across your website as I was looking for something to make for dinner using soya and tandoori paste! all these others items look great :)
