INGREDIENTS:
- Finely chopped carrot-3 carrots
- Green chilis chopped - 2ts
- Roasted sesame seeds-1 tbs
- Roasted peanut powder-2 ts
- Salt-to taste
- Turmeric powder-2 pinches
- Cilantro chopped-2 ts
- Dhaniya powder-1/4th ts
- Finely chopped mint-1ts
- Oil-2 tbs
- Heat oil in a pan and add carrots and chilis ,close lid and cook till soft
- Now add all the powders,salt
- Add sesame seeds,mint and coriander leaves
- serve with steamed rice
