- Cooked idlis-8
- Grated carrot-2 tbs
- Curd-2 tbs
- Coriander leaves finely chopped-3 tbs
- Mint leaves finely chopped-3 tbs
- Black salt powdered-1/8th ts
- Red chili powder-1/8th spoon
- Salt-little
- Oil-3 tbs
- Cumin,mustard-1ts each
- Hing-2 pinches

- Grease oil to tawa and place the idlis,roast them to nice brown color
- Flip add some more oil and fry
- Now heat oil in a pan add cummin,mustard,hing
- Place all idlis in a plate,and pour seasoning on each idli
- Now garnish greens and carrot on each idli
- Finally add curd and powders over the idlis
- This idlis will be enjoyed by the kids even who hates the idlis
