INGREDIENTS:
- Moongdal/pesarapappu-1 cup
- Oats-1/2 cup
- Urad dal/minapappu-1/4 th cup
- Rice-1/4 th cup
- methi seeds-1/8th spoon
- Salt-to taste
- Spiced powder
- Oil-for roasting dosas
- Coriander leaves finely chopped-3 tbs
- Finely chopped onion-4 tbs
- In a bowl combine dals ,methi seeds,rice and water,soak for 2 to 3 hours
- While blending add oats and make to fine batter
- Batter is ready for use, and no fermentation process is Required
- Heat tawa and spread ladleful of batter in circular motion,add little oil and the should become very crispy
- now sprinkle spice powder,onions and coriander leaves
- Gently take out the dosa from tawa
- and serve hot with pickle or chutney
