- green chilis-1 or 2
- Curd-3 table spoons
- Turmeric-pinch
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-2 teaspoons
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-1 teaspoon
METHOD:

- Blend mint,green chili's, salt,curd, turmeric to fine paste
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin, mustard,urad dal,curry leaves add to mint paste,
- Serve hot with rice.
