- Chopped onion- medium 1

- Oil-2 teaspoons
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon

METHOD:

- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning
- Add chopped onion and saute well
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry well
- Now add bottle guard pieces and saute for 5 more minutes
5. add water and cook till tender
6. Now add dhaniya powder,chili powder,turmeric,coconut and salt
7. Goes well with pulka and rice
