  1. All purpose flour/maida-2 cups
  2. ghee/unsalted butter-2 table spoons
  3. salt-to taste


  1. Boiled noodles-1 cup
  2. Grated carrot-1 cup
  3. Chopped onion-1 cup
  4. Chopped cabbage-100 grams
  5. Spring onions-1/2 cup
  6. Soya sauce-1 teaspoon
  7. Tasting salt-1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt-to taste

METHOD:In a pan roast all purpose flour,then make dough by adding salt,ghee and warm water.Let the dough rest for 30 minutes

Take a pan add oil and heat it,now to this add cabbage onion,and tasting salt,fry well.Then add noodles,soya sauce,salt.Mix well,cook until done

Now divide the dough into small portions,take a portion,roll like chapathi,stuff the noodles,close all the edges,then again roll like chapathi,and deep fry in the oil.

Repeat the process to the remaining portions.

Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
