INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled and mashed potato-2 cups
- finely chopped onoin-3 tbs
- Ajwain/carom seeds/vamu-1/2 ts
- Sesame seeds-2 ts
- Green chilis finely chopped-2 ts
- Redd chili powder-1 ts
- Finely chopped mint-3 tbs
- Lemon juice-2 teaspoons
- corn flakes(available in Indian grocery store)-1 cup crushed
- Corn starch-3 tbs
- All purpose flour/maida-2 ts
- Salt-to taste
- Chat masala-2 ts
- Pavbhaji masala-2 ts
- Except corn flakes combine all the ingredients
METHOD:
- Divide the mixture into small balls
- roll each ball in cornflakes and press firmly with hand
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup
