INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled and mashed potatoes-3 cups
- Grated carrot-1/4th cup
- Finely chopped green bell pepper-1/4th cup
- Chopped coriander leaves-4 tbs
- Minced garlic-1 ts
- Chat masala-1ts
- Red chili powder-1ts
- Salt-to taste
- all purpose flour or maida-3 tbs
- Corn flour-3tbs
- Roasted vermicelli made into coarse powder-1 cup
- Oil-for deep frying

- In a bowl combine all ingredients except oil and vermicelli powder
- Mixture should be hard not too soft ,other wise croquettes will break
- Now divide the portions into various balls
- Take each ball and shape like a oval and refrigerate for 2 hours
- Now take each oval shaped ball and roll in the vermicelli powder
- Remove excess powder by rolling i hand
- Repeat same process for the remaining balls and deep fry till done
- It looks light weight whe completely fried
- Yummy and delicious croquettes are ready to serve with tomato sauce
