INGREDIENTS FOR SWEET CORN VEG RICE:
- Rice- 4 cups
- sweet corn -1/2 cup
- potatoes cubed-1/2 cup
- Chopped tomato-1
- Cubed bell pepper-14th cup
- Peas-3 tbs
- Cubed carrots-1/4th cup
- Beans-1/4th cup chopped
- Fried onions-1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste-1/8th ts
- Curd- 1 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped cilantro-1/4th cup
- Salt-to taste
- Pulav masala-1 1/2 ts
- Ghee-1 tbs
- Oil-2 ts

- Cook rice cool and separate into grains
- Blanch veggies strain water and set a side
- Fry veggies with ghee
- Fry onions till golden brown or you can use store bought fried onions
- In a bowl mix curd fried veggies,ginger garlic paste,masala powder salt,coriander leaves and some fried onions let it marinate for an hour
- Heat oil in a pan add the mix and fry for 2 minutes
- Immediately add cooked rice mix and serve
- Grated cabbage- 1/2 cabbage
- Corn starch-2 to 3 ts
- Chick pea flour-1/4th cup
- Green chili paste-1/2 ts
- Cumin-1/8th ts
- Salt-to taste
- Tomato can-1
- Fried onions-1/4th cup
- Salt-to taste
- ginger garlic paste-2 ts
- Kofta masala-1 ts
- garam masala-1/2 ts
- Oil- for deep frying
- cilantro-2 tbs
- Blanch cabbage with little water squeeze out excess water
- Add flours,cumin,salt,chili paste,ginger garlic paste-1ts combine and mix
- Make small balls or any shape and deep fry in oil
- In a wok add oil and fried onions,ginger garlic paste 1ts ,fry for a minute now add tomato puree and kofta masala garam masala, cilantro and salt cook till oil separates from the gravy
- Add the cabbage kofta balls while serving
- Chopped onion-3 tbs
- Chopped tomato-1/4th cup
- Curd-1 1/2cup
- Sour cream-2 tbs
- coriander leaves-2 tbs
- green chilis chopped-1 ts
- Jeera powder-1/8th ts
- salt-t taste
- Chopped keera/green cucumber-1/4th cup
- In a bowl mix curd sour cream and beat well
- Now add all the ingredients mix and serve
