RICE FLOUR AND DAL MURUKU
INGREDIENTS:
- Rice flour-4 cups
- Roasted chenadal powder-1 cup
- Moondal-3 tbs
- Urad dal-3 tbs
- Hing-2 pinches
- Cumin -1 ts
- Sesame seeds-1/2 cup
- Salt-to taste
- Hot oil-1 cup
- Oil-for deep frying

PREPARATION :
- Make dals in a blender to fine powder add water and make fine paste
- In a mixing bowl add all the flours,dal paste ,hing,sesame seeds, cumin salt,hot oil required amount of water and make soft dough
- Make into portions ,take each portion and put into a muruku maker and press in hot oil
- Fry both sides in hot oil
