INGREDIENTS:
- Fried wada-2
- Beaten curd-1 cup
- Mint-1 tbs
- Coriander leaves chopped-2 tbs
- Oil-1 tbs
- Dry chilis-4
- Curry leaves finely chopped-1 ts
- Cumin mustard-1ts
- hing-2 pinches
- kara sev-4 tbs
- Roasted cumin powder-1/2 ts
- Red chili powder-1/8th ts
- Salt-to taste
- Black salt-1/8th ts
- Beat curd add little water and mix add little chili powder,salt,cumin powder ,little black salt and mix well
- Soak the wada in water at least two hours
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin mustard and curry leaves fry well add dry chilis and hing cook till chilis turn Little brown immediately add to curd mix

- In a serving bowl place the squeezed wadas pour the curd mix
- Sprinkle coriander leaves mint leaves
- Sprinkle black salt roasted cumin powder,red chili powder and salt
- Garnish with kara sev and serve
