INGREDIENTS:
andhra ruchulu-gobi bell pepper fried rice |
- Gobi/cauliflower florets-2 cups
- Chopped bellpepper-1/2 cup
- Chopped onion-2 tbs
- Green chilis slitted-4
- Tomato paste-1 can
- Red chili powder
- Roasted dhaniya powder-1ts
- Salt
- Garam masala powder-1 ts
- Turmeric
- Crushed garlic-2 pods
- Olive oil-4tbs
- Mint leaves chopped-3tbs
- Coriander leaves chopped-5ts
- Fry bellpepper pieces with 1 ts of oil and set a side
- Cook basmathi rice and set a side
- In a pan add olive oil,florets,onions,chilis,tomato paste,powders,salt,mint,coriander mix well and cook till florets become cruncy and absorbs the tomato paste
- No liquid content should be remained
- When gobi mixture is cooked add fried bell pepper pieces,cooked rice,salt lemon juicemix well
- Add mint and coriander leaves and serve hot
