INGREDIENTS:
ANDHRA RUCHULU-DONDAKAYA KARAPUSA KURA |
- Cooked Ivy guard/dondi chopped length wise-2 cups
- Onion chopped-3/4th cup
- Bundi mix/kara mix-1/2 cup
- Red chili powder
- Salt
- Dhaniya powder
- Oil-2 tbs
- Cumin mustard-2 ts
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2 ts
- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning,add ginger garlic paste onions and saute for 5 minutes
- Add dondi pieces and the powders and fry for few more minutes
- Now add the karapusa mixture and cook for 3 more minutes
- Enjoy with rice/roti
