INGREDIENTS:
- Rice flour-2 cups
- All purpose flour-2 tbs
- Sesame seeds-3 tbs
- Green chili paste-3 tbs
- Soaked chandal-3 tbs
- Soaked moong dal-3tbs
- Salt-to taste
- curry leaves finely chopped-3 tbs
- Coriander leaves finely chopped-5tbs
- Oil-for deep frying

- Tortilla press
- Plastic sheets-4
METHOD:

- In a bowl mix all the ingredients and pour required amount of hot water to make soft and stiff dough
- Now separate the dough into small lemon size balls
- Now take the tortilla press,apply oil to the sheets
- Place one ball in between the two sheets and put in the tortilla maker and gently press
- Slowly remove carefully and place in the hot oil
- Fry till golden brown to crisp
- Repeat the same process for remaining dough balls
- Cool and sote in airtight container
- Crispy and tasty vadappalu are ready to serve
