MINT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:

- Mint-1 bunch
 
 
 
 
 
METHOD:

- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil and roast green chilis,mint,fresh grated coconut ,tamarind and turmeric
 
- Blend all these ingredients along with salt and  garlic
 
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin,mustard,curry leaves, urad dal
