INGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflowers florets/crowns- 2 cups
- Onions Chopped-1/2 cup
- Cilantro/coriander leaves- 2 tbs
- Tomato chopped-2 tbs
- Oil-1 tbs
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-4
- Ginger-garlic paste-1 ts
- Red chili powder-1 ts
- Rasam powder-1 ts
- Turmeric-1/4th ts
- Garam masala-1/4 th ts
- Salt -to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and add the seeds,when it splutter at curry leaves,onion and ginger garlic paste.
- Fry for few minutes and add the cauliflower pieces and tomato pieces
- lightly cook until crisp(don't cook too soft)
- Add all the powders and mix well
- Cook for 2 minutes,garnish with cilantro and serve hot with white rice
