INGREDIENTS:
- Bell pepper diced and deseeded-1 cup
- Potto pealed and cubed-1 cup
- Sesame seeds-2 tbs
- Cumin mustard-1/2 ts each
- Curry leaves-6
- Urad dal-1tbs
- Slitted green chilis-2
- Besan/chik pea flour-1 tbs
- Salt -to taste
- Oil-2 tbs
- Red chili powder-` ts
- Ginger garlic paste-1ts

- Heat oil in a pan add cumin mustard sesame seeds and uraddal and fry well
- Now add curry leaves chilis and ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute add capsicum and fry for 5 minutes now add boiled potatoes cook for a minute
- Add flour salt and chili powder cook till the flour is nicely cooked and garnish with cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or roti
