- Uraddal- 1 tablespoon
- Chenadal-1 tablespoon
- Tur dal-1 table spoon
- Peanuts-1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds-1 table spoon
- Cumin-1 tablespoon
- Coriander seeds-1 teaspoon
- mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
- Methi seeds/fenugrrek seeds-1/4 th teaspoon
- cloves-3 to 4
- Roasted chena dal/putnalu-1 teaspoon
- Dry red chilis-8 to 12
- Black pepper corns-2 teaspoons
- Turmeric-1 table spoon
- Curry leaves-1/2 cup
METHOD:

- Dry roast all the ingredients except roasted chanadal on a low-medium heat.
- Cool and grind to a fine powder
- Transfer to an air tight container and refrigerate.
- Add a teaspoon of powder while making fries/curries ,it is good for health
