INNGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflower florets- 1 medium
- Besan-1 cup
- Rice flour-2 tbs
- Curry leaves chopped-2 tbs
- Mint chopped-2 tbs
- Coriander leaves-3 tbs
- Spring onion chopped-1/2 tbs
- Onion chopped-2 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste-1 ts
- Red chili powder-1 ts
- Turmeric-1/8th ts
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for deep frying

- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl wet your hands and,the mixture should be coated to gobi florets
- Now heat oil in kadai and place each floret in oil gently and deep fry till golden colour
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup
