- Baby corns-1 tin
- Besan/chik pea flour-1 table spoon
- Maida/all purpose flor-1 table spoon
- Corn starch-1 table spoon
- Salt-to taste
- Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
- Oil-for deep frying
- Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Curry leaves-15 to 20 leaves
- Tomato ketchup-1 table spoon
METHOD
- Boil baby corns in water for 10 minutes,strain and cool
- To this add all flours,ginger paste ,red chili powder,salt and pepper powder
- And mix well with hands and deep fry
- Now heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic,curry leaves, fried corns and ketchup
- Baby corn 65 is ready to serve
