SIRAPURI(RAVVA KESARI)

INGREDIENTS:

- Semolina/bombay ravva-1cup
- Sugar -1 1/2 cup
- Water-3 cups
- cardamom powder-2 pinches
- Broken cashews-1 table spoon
- Raisins/Kissmiss-1 tablespoon
- Ghee-1 table spoon
METHOD:

- Heat ghee in a pan and add dry fruits,once they attain golden color add semolina and roast well,then set a side.
- Boil water in a container and this semolina mixture by constant stirring(to avoid lumps)
- add sugar and mix well,cook on low flame until the mixture thickens .
- add a pinch of yellow food color if u desire
