- Roasted chanadal powder/putna powder-1/4Th cup
- Green chili paste-2 teaspoons
- Cumin seeds-1/4th teaspoon
- Unsalted butter-2 teaspoons
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for frying
METHOD:

- Boil water to till it reaches maximum boiling point
- Mix all ingredients in a vessel
- Add the water and knead the dough
- Place the dough in muruku maker
- then press in the oil and deep fry
- Store in air tight container
